They are kind and respectful (Eric and Jesus are the 2 that have come to do any repairs. It’s important to have good maintenance staff. I’ve lived elsewhere where that wasn’t the case. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from The Trail for the ...remainder of my years in TAMPA till I finish my Phd Program, and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming graduate students looking for housing.
