trails of timberline is an amazing place to live! The maintenance team is always on top of everything and gets things done quickly!. Been here for two years and I’ve never had any problems.

A little on the pricey side and there are hidden fees that add up but when comparing to other apartments in the area the price is still relatively competitive and you absolutely get what you pay for. The staff are always great and I have nothing to say but good things about them. The people here are also very friendly and the outdoor areas are well maintained.
