March 6, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThis will be the last time I renew here. The residents are an afterthought no matter who is managing this complex. This is my third year Trails of Elm Creek, rent has gone up dramatically for the state that this complex is in. Hot water is not a guarantee. Roaches are also an issue, although I understand it’s the neighbors that contribute to the infestation- management should have the building sprayed if it’s gotten this bad. I was late paying rent by one day for the first time and I received an ...eviction letter. I found this to be absolutely ridiculous especially after spending the weekend with no hot water for my family. I Do Not recommend leasing here. Residents are just dollar signs.
