March 15, 2024I’ve been with this apartment complex going on three years. I feel safe here and I’ve already built a community with a lot of the neighbors. There has been a lot of work that has been updated over the course of time and I feel that we’re heading in the right direction.the maintenance team has been so helpful every time I place a request. March 6, 2024This will be the last time I renew here. The residents are an afterthought no matter who is managing this complex. This is my third year Trails of Elm Creek, rent has gone up dramatically for the state that this complex is in. Hot water is not a guarantee. Roaches are also an issue, although I understand it’s the neighbors that contribute to the infestation- management should have the building sprayed if it’s gotten this bad. I was late paying rent by one day for the first time and I received an ...eviction letter. I found this to be absolutely ridiculous especially after spending the weekend with no hot water for my family. I Do Not recommend leasing here. Residents are just dollar signs. Paying high rent for trash complex & managements focus is on the wrong things.Property Manager Responded

The residents are all so friendly and I've been here 3 months and so far it's the best place I have lived in all of San antonio.
