I would definitely not recommend moving in here unless you want to get treated like an 18 year old living in a college dorm the manager does not have any business running a more upscale apartment complex such as trail side we moved and within a week of being there the manager insisted there was trash left outside my door instead of admitting her mistake after I had sent pictures of in front of my door she still insisted that it was me that was the culprit of the trash so she and I had to walk to ...
my door for me to prove that there was no trash. Moving in and moving out was an absolute nightmare if you have a uhaul or a moving company move you forget about it there is no room for trucks to come unload and stay for more than a few minutes without having to move it. When it came time to move out I was provided a price sheet how much cleaning and hole repairs and things of that nature so I made sure that the apartment was absolutely spotless before leaving as well as the holes I put in were filled all that needed to be done was alittle paint. The apartment was much cleaner than when I moved into it still I only got a quarter of deposit back with no answers on why still I’ve been out of the apartment for over 2 weeks and the manager still has yet to Call back without any explanation on why the hired a “cleaning company” for $175 or why and how it cost $95 to paint some holes. Do not move here it is a waste of money 10/10 do not recommend
