This was one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had. We were repeatedly told the unit would be fixed and move-in ready, but every time we came back, it clearly wasn’t. It felt like empty promises just to keep us on the hook.
The condition of the apartment was unacceptable. We encountered pest issues and overall poor cleanliness, which shows a complete lack of care and proper inspection. No one should be expected to move into a place like that, especially after being assured it was ...

What made this worse was the unprofessional handling of the situation. Communication was frustrating, inconsistent, and dismissive. We wasted time, money, and energy trusting what we were told, only to be let down again and again.
This entire experience was stressful, exhausting, and avoidable. If you value honesty, cleanliness, and basic standards, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
