I've been living here for almost 6 years. Excellent customer service and care is put into the community by Penny/Ruther & Faith. Maintenance team always gets the job done in a timely manner (Tony/Milton/Travis). Those are reasons enough to keep me here.

Trail side Gardens is amazing. The management has always been super friendly and the maintenance crews are great and super fast. Ive only had 2 minor problems, and they were both fixed within a day of submitting a request. The apartment is very nice and spacious.
