EDIT: 2 months later and the office has done nothing to resolve any of my issues. They reply to reach out through phone, but what they don’t tell you is they actually don’t care about solving any of the issues of the complex. They are just trying to make themselves look as good as possible for potential residents as opposed to keeping the ones living here actually happy. I also believe they are buying 5 star reviews on Google to make themselves look better in this process. Stay far away from this ...

I’ve only been living here for about 3 months and I would already say that I do not recommend moving here. The parking situation is terrible with very few uncovered spaces available especially after 4-5pm Residents routinely use multiple vehicles (such as a motorcycle + car) to hold unreserved spots, and some vehicles sit unmoved for months at a time (some with expired tags) with no apparent enforcement. It also doesn’t help that neither my roommate nor I were informed until after signing the lease that our apartment would only be assigned one parking space.
The property is also poorly maintained. Trash is frequently scattered around the grounds and dumpsters are constantly overflowing. Noise is another ongoing issue with loud and inconsiderate neighbors making it difficult to enjoy living here.
What is really annoying though is the lack of response from management. I have sent multiple emails regarding these issues only to be ignored. It appears that once you sign the lease, they don’t really care about any of your concerns as long as they are getting your money. Overall, the experience has been disappointing and not worth the cost.

Dirty, intrusive, and not worth the time. I dropped in and after finding the leasing center was immediately offended by the overuse of air freshener. The agent was not as friendly as in other tours of the villages.
They insisted I create a profile for the paying rent and provide my email just to your a unit. Which I will say I was already kind of regretting since the gated community wasn’t secure had mass amounts of trash overfilling dumpsters and generally dirty. Suffice it to say I backed out ...
and left quicker than I arrived.
I didn’t even give it a second thought. You B get what you pay for and if you’re looking for affordable living, well expect to give up feeling good about coming home.

Fees and Amenities The apartment itself is okay. But the fees are a little excessive and the amenities are slightly lacking. $100 in total tech fees is extremely high, with no entry gate and to force residents to pay $75 for wifi which is higher then most wifi providers ($50) especially when the wifi is not very good, definitely brings the rating down for sure. Also there is no jacuzzi anywhere on site. I have never known an apartment complex to not have a jacuzzi.

Unfavorable Rating Your leasing staff, Tegan, has an unreasonable expectation to move my motorcycle on a daily basis from an unassigned parking space. To provide further feedback. I have two vehicles, and one motorcycle. Therefore, I was able to park in an unassigned parking space directly in front of the building. I occupy that space with two vehicles. One vehicle, and a motorcyle. Pursuant to the lease agreement, section 21. Both are registered and operable. I use both almost on a daily basis. ...
I ride the motorycle to work on most days, then use the car in the afternoon's evening. Furthermore, every maintenance ticket submitted, nearly requires me to submit the same repair order 3 more times before it gets resolved. This is frustrating beyond believe. Nearly all the neighbors smoke marijuana. I am a federal officer. I cannot be around that stuff! It is appalling to me to come home and smell that odor at my front door. Worst part, I open the door and smell it inside my doorway!

The property has bed bugs and the management refuses to treat. The bugs are spreading from apartment to apartment. They have been reported to the Maricopa Health Department several times. This apartment complex is under new management, unfortunately. They never pick up or return their calls, maintenance isn’t ver effective, problems aren’t resolved, and they’ve taken away covered parking for paying renters (anyone can park wherever). The kid’s playground has been demolished so there are kids screaming and yelling all over the complex, throwing rocks, and causing chaos.
