I had some issues with this place at first - and have continued to run into more as I’ve lived here, but it is affordable, all things considered. I am not a fan of the internet and cable offer they make you sign up for with your lease, but considering there’s not much signal otherwise - I’ll take what I can get.
The community is a nice area with walkable trails, that are unfortunately closed from dusk to dawn, but safety comes first. The apartment is close to everything, but still tucked away in ...
a neighborhood, leaving it to be decently quiet. There is currently construction noise from the school next door, but I’m hoping it’ll settle down when they’re done.
While I have been a bit taken aback by some of the things I’ve seen/heard/dealt with, I see the office make a genuine effort to make it habitable.
I’m personally a huge fan of the open floor plan in regard to the closet in the smaller room. Being able to see everything that way has been extremely helpful.
Honestly, you get what you get for the price here. Just make sure you keep up with the office on your application.

We have lived here for three years now, but the turn over rate is very low and apartments book super fast! The staff is amazing and accommodating, when something is wrong they stay on top of it and get the problem solved asap! They know this is your home and they treat their tenants with kindness and respect. We love that we can have our dog and kitty here too. Neighborhood is close to really amazing schools and a brand new elementary is being built. It’s close to trails and has two awesome pools ...

We’ve been with Trailwood village apartments for a very long time. The management has been nothing but amazing and understanding. They have worked with us through issues and have always done a great job at communicating. I 100% recommend this apartment to anyone in the Kingwood area. The prices are amazing and the units are very nice. There are no issues with other tenants and it’s a very safe apartment complex. 10/10 recommend.

I am a recent resident of Trailwood Village, and as is typical when moving in, I noticed a few items that needed repair. I am pleased to say that the response time from the management team was excellent, and they quickly fixed all of the issues. The staff here are friendly, kind, and attentive to residents' needs. Additionally, the easy access to Green Belt trails is fantastic. I am confident that I made the right choice by moving here.

We moved into this apartment when rent skyrocketed. This summer will be our 3rd year , however many of our neighbors have lived here for over ten years.
We love the office staff and the extra effort they make to ensure things are well maintained and running correctly. If there is ever a problem they work well with their staff to help solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as they can.
We enjoy the extra amenities like the pool and the fun activities they bring to do at the apartment. We ...
are located just off the trails in Kingwood so there are great parks near by and in the summer you also can apply for the local pool tags as well.
The only down side to our apartment is minimal I wish I had a laundry room in my own home, but the place to do laundry is super close and it’s been a great way to meet our neighbors.
We also love that it’s close to great schools on the area. Foster elementary will be getting an upgrade soon, Kingwood middle was just updated and my oldest currently attends k park and loves the school.
This place is quiet and there are many families who live here but people are friendly and respectful.

We haven’t been here too long to break down the nit and grit but I can say it’s a good location, a good set up, and a quiet community. Friendly neighbors, our kids love the playground and can’t wait to use the pool! Walking distance to churches, trails, and the elementary school. Modern apartments. My kids love it. We came from NY, so wasn’t sure what to expect out here but all expectations have been reached as of now. Helpful and kind management .
