February 12, 2025Need to improve tenant communication. I call, spoke to someone and I place an order on the portal on December 27th 2024, concerning the heating problem. I frozed myself for a month. I got a small heater to keep me warm while someone fixed the heating issue. Finally it got fixed. I hope this problem doesn't happen again.Property Manager Responded

Out of the few choices there were, they stood out the most between their staff, the cleanliness of the grounds, and how nice the neighborhood in general is. The maintenance crew is very responsive and gets around to your request fairly quickly. Being in the middle of all your shopping needs is the icing on top here.
