Below Average
December 22, 2022We lived here for 2 years. Since moving in rent has gone up by 30%, our car was stolen from the parking lot, maintenance went downhills, and a new property management took over. The new manager will not answer your calls with questions or concerns. When our car was stolen they didn't care at alllll. Honestly just super disappointed in the management here. Sadly, would not recommend.Property Manager Responded

We would also like to note that our management team has not changed, as it has been the same for the past 5 years, and that rental increases are common as we go according to market trends. Peace of mind
September 14, 2015We loved Tranquility!!!! The leasing managers were friendly and maintenance always took care of anything we needed ASAP!! The property was clean and peaceful. Large relaxing patios perfect for watching the rain while sipping coffee or tea. It was my oasis. I utilized the pool and the workout room and loved every minute of it!! Tranquil, spacious, meticulously maintained
August 16, 2015I love living at Tranquility Point Apartments in Omaha. My two BR, two bath apartment has spacious rooms. Each BR has an excellent walk-in closet. The hall bath has a separate water closet/tub area and the master bath has a walk-in shower. There is lots of storage. Anytime I have had to call for a problem it has been taken care of promptly.Review from Apartments.com

August 8, 2015I have lived in my apartment complex for 15 years! When I was in the Army I lived all over the world in many apartments and this us the very best! Karen, the manager, is sooo efficient as well as kind. My parents live with me and when my father passed away she wanted to do something so she had our entire apartment's rugs cleaned! The maintenance supervisor, Ken, fixes the work orders the same day! Unheard of attention to detail! My next move will be to a nursing home if I have to. I'm 56 ...so I hopefully will have many more years at Tranquility Pointe!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
