    Outstanding problems still exist 1. There is a missing cover on the sockets for electricity plug in the bedroom. 2. There is round hole/pipe next to uncovered sockets that was also left uncovered. 3. When work was done there was no hot water in the shower, we had to call in the new problem. 4. The internet/cable terminal in the living room is not working, still unresolved.

    In a world where other apartments offer features like: working cabinets that aren't falling apart, flooring and carpet that didn't come with stains and tears prior to my move in, a plastic bathroom sink and shower tile that is in such bad condition that a shower no longer makes me feel 100% clean, moisture dripping from the hvac vents closest to the furnace/AC, a bathroom vent fan that actually vents to nowhere causing the bathroom to become excessively wet after a luke-warm shower, loud noises ...
    from the plumbing behind the walls, extreme humidity in the entire apartment to the point that my summer time bed sheets become sticky feeling when they and myself are both clean, WIFI that is both incredibly expensive and prone to outages during peak times almost daily (the WIFI is provided by Bloom Broadband and as of 2025 is either $64, $74, or $89 dollars depending on what level you pick. They all lose connection frequently and no other internet provider is able to provide WIFI within the trappers cove property lines due to a black area. you will be stuck with this horrible WIFI), and so on. The office team here is also beyond incompetent. Due to the fact that the ownership of this sorry establishment is both corporate and out of state, no one in the office REALLY knows how to answer a tough question or help with anything. I have been a resident for 2 years, living on the second floor in a one bed apartment. I attempted to transfer to another apartment, I was met with incompetence and unprofessionalism. My emails that ask important questions such as (can I see photos of what the new unit will look like?) or (does the new unit have a washer and dryer?) have gone un answered. My move was meant to be next week, but upon walking into the office (they don't answer the phone either, prompting me to go in) I had to pry in order to have any of my urgent questions answered. I finally got approval to go look at the new apartment after again, none of my important questions could be answered on the spot, just to find out it did not in fact have a washer and dryer, my only real requirement. After returning to the office to dispute the issue, I had been told that I needed to wait for someone else to reach out to me. In conclusion, do not move in here. Make a few extra phone calls, try a few extra apartment searching websites, this place is a dump.

    I moved here in May. Since then I have had maintenance at my apartment just about every other week. The place is a dump and things keep breaking. The worst part is there is this grinding noise occurring every night from the ac/furnace area. The noise is so loud in the master bedroom that I now sleep on the floor in the other room.     where to start? my car was broken into 2 times and my boyfriend's was broken into once. when i called the office to let them know their response was "call the police and maybe they will patrol here more". packages have been stolen off my doorstep. You can hear literally everything through the walls/floors of the building. Nobody picks up after their dogs outside so you can't walk anywhere without almost stepping in poop. trees are overgrown to the point you can't walk down some sidewalks. ...
    Communal areas like hallways are rarely cleaned and dumpsters/recycling bins are always overflowing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    We had been planning to move in for a month. Bot only did they push back our move in date by 10 days, but two days before we were set to move in, they cancelled our application, and gave the apartment to someone else. So I'm left with all of my stuff packed and a trailer full of furniture in my parents garage and nowhere to go. I dont advise anyone trying to live here because if they are this unorganized before we even moved in, I'd hate to see how it is living there.

    It’s not too bad the maintenance crew are great, however the office staff are very RUDE especially the older women they are VERY rude and you’d think they were paying your rent if you don’t like your job get a new one.     The office management has absolutely no customer service training whatsoever. They’re rude and entitled...like they’re the ones doing us a favor. The neighbors here will blame you for absolutely everything without having proof of you doing whatever. No one picks up their dogs poop so when I’m picking up mine, it doesn’t even matter...be aware that you’ll still be blamed for the poop that isn’t your dog’s. It’s just annoying. My sliding door’s lock doesn’t work and they have “fixed” it twice now. ...

    the second landing that is very noticeable to where it seems as if the building went through an earthquake. I have to say that the paint and bugs had me second guessing my decision. My apartment was as I expected, A one bedroom domicile. The kitchen does seem like an afterthought, due to its size. I deal with it because it's just me here. I don't see how 2 people can do it. It does feel that for this being a 1 bedroom apartment there seem to be a lot more thought in the size of the dining area then the kitchen though. I was satisfied with everything else until I checked it the balcony. Before, I go into this I have to let you know that I have made the decision to NEVER use that balcony, as long as I stay here. The balcony seemed to be taken over by the family of bugs that greet at the entrance to the building, with spider webs covering the majority of the covering. This most have scared of maintenance because the paint is peeling all over the area. It's as if they refreshed the apartment after the last tenant and just said this is too much work when it comes to the patio. I completed the walkthrough paperwork that described all of these maladies, except the toilet issue, which began the first time I used the toilet, and promptly returned the page long descriptions of abnormalities the first week I moved in and to this day I have one thing that has been fixed which I haven't discussed here. I have communicated with management about this and I'm waiting for the issues to be resolved. I leave you with this, if you can find something better, I recommend it.     The apartments are perfectly fine for what you’re paying. Everything is pretty cheap inside and breaks easily but the maintenance crew is great. They show up the next day and fix everything right away. The staff on the other hand is the worst I’ve ever dealt with out of any leasing company I’ve rented from in the past (I’ve used many different ones). Not only are they extremely unhelpful, but they are also rude and have horrible customer services skills. They treat you like they’re doing you a ...
    favor by letting you rent from them. If you’re a few days late on your rent, they send you eviction papers and charge you almost $200 for the lawyer to draft them up. I’ve even had them block my email because they didn’t want to help. They frequently change around the different methods of payment they will accept; which is designed to make your life harder. They lack competent management and I would never recommend this place to anyone ever again (I made that mistake in the past). Corrections officers treat their prisoners better. Good luck if you pick this place!

While we do have a short grace period, we do state in our lease agreements that any late payments will be met with a fee. This is standard practice.
