Worst experience and horrible office staff
August 31, 2025If I could give a negative I would - Please please be very careful if you are moving a student or child in here. We have learned by experience. They will tell you one thing to get you in the door, but once you are in will change it. We didn’t check the lease for our son (our bad) and when they told us would happen didn’t. One roommate was supposed to pay by financial aid and the other monthly. They got bought out one month later and it has been horrible since. Not one person will tell the ...truth in the office, and you get a different story each time you call. They are rude and will BLOCK you from management at all costs. They will not allow you to talk to anyone that can make a difference and you will argue and fight for months. It is horribly ran and they are money hungry. They can’t substantiate where any of the utility costs have come from and won’t follow up on sending you requested info. I am Sure they will come back and write that they did everything correct and that we are the wrong ones, but there were 5 adults that all heard the same conversation and all Of us parents have been fighting with the office ever since. Read your lease and make sure you know going in that you will not get past the office staff. if you have an issue they are who you deal with. Trying to get management is horrible and impossible. And they won’t even call you back or have a meeting when requested. Let’s see how they respond now and blame it all on us. They will Say they responded to all emails and blah blah blah. Even though not one person ever rectified the issues or admitted we were told false info to get the boys in the apartment. And shame on the staff there they treat people like a piece of paper and are rude and unprofessional. Just be careful!!this is coming from a parent! I have requested a meeting in person at least 5 times with a lawyer and they keep ignoring it. We have requested paperwork and notes and they don’t send it. These are the facts. Great place to live!!
July 18, 2024It’s my third year living at this property, and I’ve lived in two of their communities now, Aspen and Elm. I have all good things to say. The apartments themselves are so spacious, offer in unit washer and dryers, and dishwashers. The maintence team has always helped me in such a timely manner, and everyone at the office has always been pleasant and answered any questions I’ve had. The app used for documents, paying rent, and submitting maintence requests is great and works very quickly. The ...resort style pool and gym are amazing amenities!! Gorgeous apartment
June 25, 2024I've lived here for a year now and love it. Newly renovated units, gorgeous pool area, close to the school, and tons of restaurants. Basketball hoops, volleyball courts, a gym and tanning beds all are offered.
