    These apartments have heat included, affordable rent, and a nice playground. However, winter snow removal is somewhat wanting, and if you have a downstairs apt. you will deal with impact noise as well as airborne noise. Many upstairs neighbors toss cigarette butts off balconies which really detracts from otherwise decent groundskeeping and this has gone on for years, it's disgusting. Be aware that you have to enter the laundry area from outdoors.
