Rat hotel & bed bugs
September 13, 2016I have lived hear at Tree haven 11 for a few years.. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! We have had a problem with rats , mice and now, bed bugs. There is filth and garbage everywhere. The grounds are in kept. Landscaping is horrible.. Dead soil and no grass. The outside of the units need to be painted/cleaned and the concrete including the steps are all stained and falling apart. Broken basement windows that are a entry way for rats. If you have a problem and call for maintenance or ...repairs, the maintenance guy that lives here on the property will let you know that you are a bother to him.. Very arrogant and condescending.. Tree heaven
September 29, 2015Hello I been living in tree heaven for about 6 months so far the place is lovely I have a two bedroom the one bedroom nice and huge with two closest so you n your parther or something can share the baloney lovely to have during the summer this place is wonderfulReview from Apartments.com
