Not what it seems
March 13, 2024I've lived here for 5 months. The washer/dryer make sure it works and doesn't leak every time you use it. Make sure you have screens on your windows. It has been repainted but over the dust and grime. Tub is either clogged or something, water continues to back up. Ceiling leaked due to defective washer leaking upstairs. There's no microwave and it not a double vanity. Might be the size of a small vanity but only 1 sink. Maintenance nor the property manager seem to care. Ended up paying $100+ ...what I was quoted because I signed a 12 month lease instead of 6 months. That makes no sense.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Disgusting
January 11, 2023Raised rent by over 100% for a nasty apartment with holes in the walls and roof. The stove doesn't work, the buildings smell like weed and I don't feel safe walking around without protection. Only gave a 5 day warning on the rent by the way...Property Manager Responded

Please Look Elsewhere
September 11, 2022The place is an absolute mess! The management is terrible and sits in the office and records TikTok’s all day. Maintenance is lazy and avoid doing work at all costs. There is an OBVIOUS spider, roach, and critter problem. Lastly there are some neighbors that walk around harassing you about giving them rides and asking weird questions.Property Manager Responded
