Dont live here if you have a problem with bugs and loud neighbors
March 31, 2024I would clean and clean and clean every day and the bugs would not leave! The management portray themselves as nice but when it comes to it, they nag about their jobs when it's YOUR JOB to fix things up. The neighbors are very rude and are so loud when they have their kids running up and down at all hours of the night. The ladies at the office are super nice but it doesn't make up for all the other cons about this place.Review from Apartments.com

September 29, 2023Please don’t live here. They only want your money they charged me the wrong rent. They sent me the wrong statement with the wrong amount in my portal. They had the wrong rent amount and never told me that my rent was wrong until the next month they charge me extra, because they told me it was my responsibility to change my rent, even though they sent me the wrong rent statement. They don’t fix stuff that is needed to be fixed they are slow. They didn’t even email me to tell me that I had the ...wrong rent amount for they didn’t even put it in my portal after I payed my rent to tell me that I was 100 dollars short. Great Price
August 17, 2023Honestly, we were a little hesitant because of the reviews, but really this place is very nice. People that live here that I have met, have been kind, helpful and just all around wonderful neighbors. The property itself is not the prettiest because of the age of it, but the inside of the apartments are spacious and look nice. We have lived here 5 months now and everything has gone wonderful. Are ac went out last week at around midnight and we contacted emergency maintenance that brought a ...portable just for the night and returned the following day. Overall, the staff has been helpful with our many questions and the alamo heights area with the attractions is awesome. Worst apartment I’ve lived in
May 14, 2023Worst apartment I’ve lived in. I have a water leak so I called to get them out so it can be fixed bc water is everywhere. In I’m trying to prevent it from going through and into downstairs apartment. They said that they aren’t going to come out until tomorrow and it might be too late. Horrible, Not at all as advertised
May 27, 2021This apartment seems like a good deal with the price, could not be more disappointed with it. Management is horrible and not helpful whatsoever. Don’t bother trying to make a noise complaint cause they don’t care. The property is dirty they don’t keep up with it. The washer and dryer room has units that are out of order that are filled to the top with nasty water that stinks, been here 6 months and haven’t done anything about it since i moved in. The place is loud and the inside is poorly built, ...Air condition hardly works at all cabinets stay open doors get stuck when you close them and it smells of weed all the time due to all the other people smoking and coming through vents. August 15, 2019They have a decent apartment complex. Their apartments are well maintained and have good, somewhat clean apartments. However, their management makes living there a nightmare. Often times it would take weeks before I received help with my own apartment problems there.
