March 3, 2026Been here for 3 years. Like Treetops very much! Always well maintained. My apartment is back on Cedar Ridge. It is very quiet. My one suggestion is to add speed bumps on Cedar Ridge. Vehicles entering the complex often enter at high speed. Collision risk.Review from Apartments.com

January 31, 2026I have lived at Treetops for 16 1/2 years. I'm a retired, senior member of the community and have mostly enjoyed all my time here. The maintenance staff is great! They're always there when you need a repair or adjustment. The grounds are well kept, and the amenities are appreciated by most residents. Treetops' location is great for me. My only criticism is in regard to snow removal in winter. After this last storm, it took them 4 days to clear the ice and snow in the lot area of my building. I ...fell twice on ice outside my car which is not good when you're 65 or older, or have some mobility issues. Thankfully the sidewalks and breezeways were clear. December 27, 2025I have been living here for over two years and I cannot begin to explain how peaceful how amazing this community is. I moved here because I wanted a place where there was no chaos and this is exactly what I wanted it. It’s clean, friendly and I don’t have to worry about any mischief. As for living in my apartment if anything goes wrong, it’s immediately fixed and yes, I understand it is pricey, but you are paying for the amenities and you’re paying for where you’re living you know and I don’t ...think you can put a price on happiness.Property Manager Responded
