March 8, 2024I like this place mostly for the convenience of the area at this point. I have requested my carpet to be replaced or stretched and all they did was come look at it, nothing else. I have also requested my door bell be replaced or fixed since it is missing the front cover and nothing has been done about that either. The grounds are only maintained in certain areas and there are ant hills everywhere. All this and my rent has gone up $500 in the past 2 years for a place that is BARELY remodeled. ...It's getting ridiculous!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 6, 2024Trellis is a nice community. It’s is perfectly located in St. Pete Florida. You have easy access to down town St. Pete and down town Tampa. Having access to both areas was a great reason Im my selection. The in community dog park and nice side walks have helped myself and my pup stay active!Property Manager Responded

March 6, 2024It’s a clean community, much to do around , good parking space . Apartments are nice too. I really like lakes , only drawback is smart home and valet trash and expensive internet.Property Manager Responded

March 2, 2024I love the wildlife, I hate that they poop all over my car... every day. My neighbors smoke both above and beside, and I can smell it in my apartment. There have been roaches, ants, spiders, and mosquitoes constantly showing up in the apartment. The second gym is pretty gross, it's obvious it gets neglected. Same can be said for the second pool area. Other than that, the property is in a great location, and for my personal and professional life it's such a life saver. The apartment itself ...smaller than expected but overall is not bad. Parking sucks. The main pool area is wonderful. The fire pits are wonderful. The main gym is one of the best apartment gyms I've seen. The staff in the office is super friendly. There is a tennis court on the property as well.
