They Need Work
August 21, 2019The actual apartment units are nice. But the walls are PAPER thin. And Management is not very responsive. I've emailed them about the same thing 2 or 3 times in the past before I've gotten a response. The parking situation is very laissez faire, which is ok, but I'd be mad if my reserved space was near the door and people were stealing it. Maintenance takes about 3 days to come out most times, not super convenient. Like I said, they need work (and more wall insulation). Tremont Review
September 23, 2015Tremont resides in a perfect location in Buckhead Atlanta. Multiple restaurants walking distance and countless within a mile's drive. There is a lovely salt water pool with nice lounge chairs. Tremont has around 75 units which makes for relatively quiet hallways and little to no raucous. Residents are very friendly. Very tall sealing's and hardwood floors. Depending on what side of the building you are on, you have a nice skyline view of the city. Management has done a solid job so far. Horrible
August 1, 2015This apartment complex is under new management (Aimco) and it has been a disaster. Long time tenants are moving out. Break in's to autos and apartments continue to happen until I left last month (just go to the T level and floor 3 and look at the doors). Small gym and pool versus other complexes make it hard to understand how new management can hike up rates versus other properties in the area. They did not have a stable property manager in the six months I was there. This is the first and ...last time I will live in an Aimco property. It's More Than Living It's Loving
July 22, 2015Tremont is a great place to love living. Here is a great location to prime business districts, bars and bucketlist to-do's. Residents can easily balance day job and nightlife travel with a quick walk or drive. The homes are built with great appliances, thick walls, all sorts of lighting, great high ceilings and you'll never go without an outlet! The staff is very friendly and accommodating without that over bearing presence. There isn't a trash chute but there are plenty of recycling bins .Review from Apartments.com
