I like living at Tremont since it’s a nice community and there’s CATA bus access included in the rent; the fitness center is such a huge perk! Though they can improve on cleanliness, I’m happy that the maintenance team is always friendly and gets the issue fixed quickly.

Paying for amenities that you don't receive. They constantly send out emails saying maintenance may show up at your apartment anytime within a one week period, and maintenance never ends up coming.

In the past 4 months we have had a toilet over flow and flood the apartment, a dead bird get pulled out of our shower vent, and now the toilet is at risk of overflowing again.
