October 27, 2025New management sucks. They no longer have any community events, old management used to have them all the time. The coffee bar is out all the time. Not to mention the property looks dirty. Above all this I still haven’t gotten my 400 dollar gift card promotion for resigning my lease.Review from Apartments.com

October 20, 2025Rent is more affordable compared to other units, but quality needs improvement: too cold in unit and work station next to lobby, I have trouble locking the door. I also noticed that bugs from outside somehow get stuck in between the window.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2025I am thankful to be here. This is my first apartment I have leased. I enjoy the staff being very kind to me and the new upgrades on the property. I am looking forward to going to the gym with the new equipment and seeing the dogs at the dog park. I value that this apartment complex is very close to McDonald's, so I can eat ice cream. July 16, 2025I’ve lived at Tremont for the past two years, and it’s genuinely been a great experience, one that I’m honestly sad to be leaving. From the start, the community felt like home, and a big part of that is thanks to the incredible team that keeps things running so smoothly. The maintenance crew here deserves a serious shoutout. Chris is the go-to guy who always shows up with a smile and somehow manages to fix things before you even realize they’re broken. Joe is a total pro, fast, efficient, and ...always willing to explain what’s going on so you’re never left guessing. Shane is the kind of person who truly takes pride in his work; everything he touches is done with care and attention to detail. July 9, 2025Not a fan of being told in September/October of 2023 that the broken hot tub was getting taken out and a firepit would be going in by the Tremont tour guide. And now it's July 2025 and I haven't seen any work done on the hot tub to provide that fire pit I thought I would get when I signed.Property Manager Responded
