July 16, 2025I’ve lived at Tremont for the past two years, and it’s genuinely been a great experience, one that I’m honestly sad to be leaving. From the start, the community felt like home, and a big part of that is thanks to the incredible team that keeps things running so smoothly. The maintenance crew here deserves a serious shoutout. Chris is the go-to guy who always shows up with a smile and somehow manages to fix things before you even realize they’re broken. Joe is a total pro, fast, efficient, and ...always willing to explain what’s going on so you’re never left guessing. Shane is the kind of person who truly takes pride in his work; everything he touches is done with care and attention to detail. And Tanner always brings good energy and gets the job done right the first time, plus, he’s just a genuinely nice guy to run into around the property.Property Manager Responded

July 9, 2025Not a fan of being told in September/October of 2023 that the broken hot tub was getting taken out and a firepit would be going in by the Tremont tour guide. And now it's July 2025 and I haven't seen any work done on the hot tub to provide that fire pit I thought I would get when I signed.Property Manager Responded

July 2, 2025Been here for 2 months now and this place has been great. It’s perfect for distance to things and I enjoy the walk/bus ride to campus, very thankful for the bus pass and parking pass. Maintenance has been great as well, they usually show up the day of or day after I put in an order request even if it isn’t urgent.Property Manager Responded
