Good but rules don’t seem to be enforced too strictly. Specially the smoking one. More often than not there is smoking smell in the hallways.

The building and staff are excellent. But many of the tenants are very rude and impolite and unfriendly . I personally am not familiar with such ill-mannered correspondence from such a large group of diverse people. Many of the men act like this. But ALL of the women are extremely impolite. And very ignorant of common cutesy

Es bastante caro , piden mucho depósito pagas por un apartamento y debes pagar el otro carro , ruidoso con alarmas sonando muy seguido desde temprano en la mañana Ya que hacen pruebas dicen ellos y no les importa si trabajas de noche , ascensor roto con frecuencia …. E vivido aquí y no lo recomiendo

We want to clarify that we do not have frequent alarm issues; the recent alarms were part of our annual mandatory fire life safety inspection, during which all alarms are tested to ensure they are working properly and in compliance. Residents are informed of this process ahead of time.
Additionally, our building has three elevators, and one is currently out of service until the necessary part arrives. However, residents still have the easy option of using any of the other two elevators. As for pricing, we believe our rates are competitive within the current market. Great community to live!!! The personal at the leasing office are super friendly and supportive. The management are strict with the community guidelines and they really do something with the people that don’t follow the guidelines.

Its been great so far. Closet is huge. Feels aafe and secure. Parking is plenty. Social lounge and study place are so helpful. And coffee is an added bonus.
