The office and and maintenance staff are friendly and approachable witch is not always the case with apartments. There are always issues when sharing buildings with other tenants; unreasonable noise level, not following rules, etc. but that is not necessarily the fault of the facility.Review from Apartments.com

Lie About Move In Charges
July 6, 2022Rent was horrific. Apartments are older even if exterior is newer. It was somewhat clean but my apartment never got the cigar smoke smell out of it from previous tenants even though I asked for maintenance to assist us. Front office staff was mostly good to work with. Plenty of turnover in maintenance but I was there for the final walk through and they told me charges would be minimal. A month later, massive bill asking me to pay for the very things they said they wouldn't charge me for.Property Manager Responded

They were professional when answering all my questions & gave me the key within 2 days and my apartment was clean and ready to move in. This apartment complex is in a nice area, quiet, and comes with a free garage which is perfect for storage! Thank you Trestle Creek! A special thanks to Leah for all the help with the move in process and providing me wine glasses (after our conversation about wine) when I walked into ...my new home.
