Treviso Nasty
July 14, 2022place is literally a construction zone. Loud Loud LOUD noises randomly at least twice a week. “Smoke free” that’s hilarious and i’m sure they regret making this the rule. Right outside at the one, main entrance of the complex there is ALWAYS a cluster of people, like the designated smoke spot at disney, they even started providing a bucket cause of the butts. They enter the apartments a lot more often than any where else i have lived. Every other month easily. Always with email notice but very ...inconvenient and annoying. The staff in the office is rude and/or has no clue what they are doing or talking about. The buildings are covered with bugs, mostly spiders. Leave for a few days? Expect to walk thru spider webs at the front door when you get home guaranteed. No wonder it’s the cheapest of these new apartments in venice! still not cheap enoughProperty Manager Responded

They look nice but...
January 9, 2021Pros: - Nice area. - Mostly people in their 30's and older living here. - Parking isn't too bad. - Amenities are nice. - Staff is super friendly. - Screened in patios. - Not many kids. - Pet friendly. Cons: - Walls and floors are extremely thin. - You can hear people's full conversations, TVS, toilets, sinks, showers, stomping, etc. - I HIGHLY advise not to live on the first or second floor if you don't want noise. - Appliances feel cheap. - Cheap cabinetry, flooring, etc. - Maintenance is a ...bit slow to respond. - Lighting and how everything is wired electrically is set up weird. - Not worth the price of how cheap and thin everything feels. - These do not feel "luxury" quality. Only real issue I've had so far is the people above me must fall out of bed regularly or have stomping competitions all hours of the day and night. I've found it quite difficult most nights to get to sleep. I can hear laughing and nonstop movement. Not really fun to deal with at 3am every single night. July 27, 2020This community was a perfect solution to our needs. We came to Florida looking for a temporary housing option while we found a permanent residence. We found a home sooner than we had anticipated so we had to move out sooner than we would have liked. We were very happy with the workout facility, pool, pet facility, Recycling options and more. July 27, 2020I would not recommend this property because I've seen a dog off the leash, we constantly find dog poop on the lawns, residents who leave their trash bags on the ground and in my opinion nothing is done about it. June 16, 2020I felt that charging more for a second floor versus a third floor and the up charge if you had a pond view was not right. If Someone wants to move in and a second floor with a pond view is available there shouldn’t be an up charge. I found a much larger unit in Venice with no up charge for garage or view.
