I love the amenities and it has been great living here so far! I do think that some things can be improved. For example, Kohl’s parking lot is being shared and my car has almost been hit on multiple occasions while leaving or entering upstairs due to the cars from the car company blocking the view.
There’s also an issue with noisy neighbors. I can hear people running and stomping at all times of the hour. Maybe the walls are just thin. I also think the appliances inside unit can be upgraded. I ...
have to use my dryer three times for the same load at 2 hours every load. The knobs to my window hardly ever works, and the same light switch is constantly cracking randomly. Not to mention the wall material is hard to clean.
Another issue I have is guests being charged for incorrectly parking on the first offense. Some people do not know so a simple warning should be left which is how it used to be. Why are we charging visitors on a first offense? I think some things could be made better.
