      The residence has been great, although there have been some bumpy experiences. I love the area, the people who work here, the amenities, etc. Everything is so easily accessible and nothing is too far away. I hope to stay here for a while

      I initially loved my apartment it was spacious and low pricing. My experience went downhill as I approached my 1st year of being here with the rodent issue. When that wasn’t fixed at a reasonable time my experience declined tremendously.       Im somewhat disappointed in the experience. The unit itself is nice (except how does the master bedroom window not open and every room has a light fixture except the second bedroom?) but some of the policies like parking for residents and guest, paying to take my own trash to a trash shoot, rushed move in for money when the unit isnt move in ready, ect have been off putting. I was also advised that cancelation of my lease would cost me 2 months rent?? No payable fee, even in an emergency? All of ...
      these show all lack of concern for the residents/ community and prioritize money for the management company. Its a horrible feeling to know you are stuck in a place that will haphazardly consider your values despite you paying over 2k every month.

      My move in experience hasn’t been so great. I didn’t receive my welcome letter until the day of. My apartment was not move in ready. My hot water didn’t work. My floor is coming up. My toilets squeak and make rumbling sounds when flushing. My apartment was dirty and had trash left in it and on the floor. My move in date was 7/21… today is my first day actually staying in my apartment (mind you, nothing has been handled except for my friends and I cleaning the place from top to bottom.)

      So far it's been ok. But things I thought i was getting with this community im not. Gate that are not installed yet to keep bad folks out are not installed. My parking hasn't been established yet. Soo many things that are not yet. Definitely should've did more research on this place

      My first few weeks here have been awesome. The unit was very clean for move in day. Even with an unfortunate mishap on move in day, emergency maintenance showed up immediately so i’m confident in their service and ability to tend to residents as requested.

      Horrible customer service. Team does not genuinely want ro help residents with concerns. Emergency service requests fo unanswered for several days. Lack of communication from management with the exception of how to pay rent. Signage/letters around the building are not uniformed and look tacky.
