    My move in experience hasn’t been so great. I didn’t receive my welcome letter until the day of. My apartment was not move in ready. My hot water didn’t work. My floor is coming up. My toilets squeak and make rumbling sounds when flushing. My apartment was dirty and had trash left in it and on the floor. My move in date was 7/21… today is my first day actually staying in my apartment (mind you, nothing has been handled except for my friends and I cleaning the place from top to bottom.)

    So far it's been ok. But things I thought i was getting with this community im not. Gate that are not installed yet to keep bad folks out are not installed. My parking hasn't been established yet. Soo many things that are not yet. Definitely should've did more research on this place

    My first few weeks here have been awesome. The unit was very clean for move in day. Even with an unfortunate mishap on move in day, emergency maintenance showed up immediately so i’m confident in their service and ability to tend to residents as requested.

    Horrible customer service. Team does not genuinely want ro help residents with concerns. Emergency service requests fo unanswered for several days. Lack of communication from management with the exception of how to pay rent. Signage/letters around the building are not uniformed and look tacky.

    I’ve enjoyed living in this luxury apartment community. The key fob entry add a nice level of security. For me, the best part is the location—it’s tucked away enough to feel private while still being in the heart of a central area. Plus, the proximity to the subway station is perfect for my daily commute. That said, no community is without its flaws. I’ve experienced some water leakage and building maintenance issues during my time here, which has been frustrating. However, overall, I do like ...
    living here and would recommend it to others looking for a well-located and secure place to call home.

    The woman upstairs is an absolute nightmare at night…. Additionally, daily you can smell marijuana. Lastly, I dislike the fact that getting something fixed takes months.

    Tribeca at Camp Springs has changed management at least 4 times in 4 years. The elevator closest to me and the garage door have not worked consistently or at all in the last 2 years. Although the electronic intercom next to elevators was upgraded 2-3 years ago, it has never worked. Standards have dropped. Recognizing the current management is new, hopefully the appropriate changes will be made sooner than later- especially on the aforementioned issues as they impact safety and security.
