My family and I have lived here for almost two years. We’ve had an easy time until the last 6 months when issues throughout the community began. I won’t go into details, but I will say if you’re a family with children, I’d avoid this place at all costs. The management on site is fantastic. I can’t say enough about them; but their upper management cares nothing about the community or the residents, only their pockets being lined. Again, the management, Asia & Kamber, are awesome… But the company ...

as a whole is a nightmare. We’ll be moving out next month and I will NEVER refer anyone to this property again, and I have told so many people about how great it is in the past. AVOID AVOID AVOID if you’re a family with children.

I have had an excellent experience with Trilliam. From the moment that I walked in, the Property Manager (Haley) was eager to help me find an apartment that fit my needs. She has been excellent to work with ever since. The leasing consultant, Jamie has been extremely helpful and very nice. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly and on top of any requests. The community is a very cute community. The apartment itself feels like home. I love the floor plan of my apartment.
