November 18, 2025Visitor parking is always full, even when I registered my vehicle. I had no choice but to park near the leasing office for one night, and my SUV was towed despite being registered. May 1, 2025I’ve been living there going on two years in August and this is the highest the water bill has ever been. I feel like I’m paying for other peoples water bills and for the water leak that we’ve been having the city turning off and on the water so often and also when I moved in, I told him about my countertops being water damage on them. Now my stove is working on high. It will not work on a lower speed the top part. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. I’m very unhappy unsatisfied.Property Manager Responded

April 27, 2025The location is nice and the neighborhood. With public close by and a walkable park is very convenient. The only issue I've had is noise because of the thin walls and old windows. Also. April 19, 2025When I moved in y’all gave me the worse apartment with water damage all in the kitchen and bathroom and all appliances in kitchen are the worse stove top wirk on one speed and dishwasher doesn’t clean like it suppose to and roach problemProperty Manager Responded

April 6, 2025Love the lay out of the unit, perfect place for someone who likes to stay to themselves and out of the way. Just want minor touch up’s and improvements to the upkeeping of the stairs in the breezeway area. But i can live with that no problem. Satisfied with everythingProperty Manager Responded
