Just moved in and loving it
January 16, 2026Everything was great from the document signing to the move-in process everything went smoothly. Mitchell and Luis helped make the process as smooth as possible. This place is beautiful and has great amenities. They also host events and have food trucks come by as method for the residents of the community to get to know each other. Doing this helps them support small businesses by having them come by and sell their food; actively advertising themselves, making sales, and gaining new potential ...clientele. To make things better there are multiple stores, restaurants and other shops within walking distance there is literally an aldi and a wawa within 5 minutes of the community. Aside from that sams club is 20 minutes away and walmart is 10 minutes away publix is the opposite direction and also 10 minutes away. There is a Hospital less than 20 minutes away aswell... put simply location wise The Trinity Exchange perfectly centered.Property Manager Responded

Resort-Style Living with Responsive Staff
December 22, 2025We’ve been living at Trinity Exchange for about a month and a half now, and I’m still very happy with our decision. One of the things I appreciate most about this community is how it feels compared to other apartment complexes in the area. Many places nearby felt very concrete-heavy, but Trinity Exchange is set back from the main highway and has a much more open, peaceful atmosphere. The pool is the centerpiece of the property and features a zero-entry, beach-style design that gives the ...community a relaxed, resort-like feel. It’s a beautiful space and really adds to the overall ambiance of the property. The neighbors have been very friendly, which has helped us feel comfortable and at home. The staff has also been incredibly responsive. Shortly after moving in, I noticed that a wire shelf in one of the bedrooms needed to be resecured. I submitted a service request and maintenance came out the very next day and fixed it quickly. The maintenance technician was friendly and professional, which I really appreciated. Overall, Trinity Exchange feels well cared for and welcoming, and it truly feels more like a resort community than a typical apartment complex.Property Manager Responded

December 30, 2023I have lived in Trinity Exchange apartments for 5 years and they just recently added wood floors to the upper levels 2nd and 3rd floor. You can her EVERY STEP YOUR NEIGHBOR MAKES. if they have a Dog it's like rats live upstairs. It's not the neighbors fault at all. Trinity does NOT care At All!!! Just be aware!!!
