Maintenance NEVER fixes anything

My kids are constantly playing outside with the neighborhood kids, and they are constantly coming inside hurt because of all the glass and maintenance supplies laying around the apartment. The manager continually ignores my pleading for cleanup. There are Roaches everywhere in my apartment and in my neighbors, the A/C has been out and the stairs up to my apartment is broken and unsafe

Me gusta vivir aquí buena ubicación lugar es muy limpio y en seguridad muy seguro el mantenimiento muy bueno y cordial el trato de las encargadas de atender al cliente muy amables y sobretodo te atienden en inglés y en español yo recomiendo estos apartamentos

I love it!!

I moved in a couple of months ago, I am really enjoying my apartment! Last week a called to put a workorder and I was surprised that they were nocking on my door 20 mins after I called. The office staff is great, I feel very comfortable! They help me out when I need to use the fax or make some copies! I really love it here :)

Best complex I've lived in hands down!

I've lived in many complexes all my life, all over the country. I don't make lots of money so I'm limited on choices of where I can live. By far Trinity Meadows has exceeded all my expectations. I've lived here almost 2 years and have never had an issue with staff or other tenants. The staff is very friendly and always have a hot pot of coffee available. They also do a great job at putting functions together and hosting parties as well as holiday meals. The maintenance crew is out early in the ...
morning picking up are quick to respond when a work order is made. Nothing but great things to say about this complex and staff. I will Def be staying here for quite some time.

Happy Home

This community really makes you feel welcomed. The moment I walked into the office I was greeted and offered refreshments and the same hospitality has been carried on since I moved. The maintenance team is excellent, I have not had to wait for any of my requests to get done and that's a huge relief. My apartment is spacious, my neighbors are courteous and the team is always willing to help out. Thanks for making my transition from Delaware a breeze! Southern hospitality is really a thing here!
