Don’t Bother!
March 2, 2018This was a great place to live until the new management came in. Rent increases were ridiculous once they took over. Parking is horrible, usually ended up parking 2 buildings away. The best part about this place is maintenance, they were always friendly and fixed everything in a timely manner. I wouldn’t move back if it was my only option.Review from Apartments.com
It stinks
August 23, 2017This place smells more than twice a month thats what they say before we moved in it basically smells everytime it rains and it smells terrible. They have old appliances for what they expect for rent. Most if all the appliances are always breaking they're cheap. Like other stuff too. Ine if the gates are always broken they take like 3-4 days to fix the gate. If you live on the first floor you can hear everything thats happening upstairs even the tv. I regret moving to this smelly expensive ...overrated place that they build next to waste treatment plant and the jacuzzi is half if the time broken doesnt work. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE
May 3, 2017I loved these apartments but the management was horrible. They moved in a new mother below my apartment and this woman was psycho about absolute silence for her child. The apartments were not built well and you could hear a lot from other renters. I have 4 children, 2 that lived with me and 2 that visited every other weekend. My children were told to walk quietly and never to jump up and down or run up or down the stairs. My child fell off my couch and the woman downstairs complained to the ...office. The people in the apartment above me always slammed their door and ran up and down the stairs, and the woman below me thought it was me making all the noise, so she complained about me. I didn't have a car so a friend of mine lent me his small truck to use here and there. He is 70 and married, and the woman downstairs told the office that I was having an affair and had moved in a man and was breaking my lease agreement. The management called me to tell me that I was breaking my lease and would have to move out. They didn't even inquire or ask questions, they just assumed. I explained the situation and the manager did not apologize and said that I had received more than one noise complaint and that I would have to move out anyway. I was floored!!! This woman was able to have me kicked out just like that and I hadn't done anything. I couldn't believe that they had even moved her in to a family building under me in the first place. That was incredibly ignorant that they did not advise her and give the option to move into another building that wouldn't have kids. I am very considerate of others and care very much about being polite and never causing others inconvenience. I had no money to come up with a deposit for another apartment at the time and several friends of mine pooled together money for me to move. I'm not one to ever ask others for money and it destroyed me to be such a burden. Rude Staff and Constant Problems
June 1, 2016Stay away from the headache that is living at these apartments. They are under new management and there have been CONSTANT problems paying rent for the last several months. One month, their portal is down and they didn't Mail any statements out so everyone had to keep calling to find out what they owe and had to take time out to hand in their checks in person. The next month it's guaranteed to work but breaks down and you again have to rush into the office during during work hours. The next ...month, they won't accept payments in person even though their portal is down so you have to keep trying and hassling with it. What's worse is that the staff is not considerate during these times and they threaten you with late fees for their issue. Stay away. Also, the complex smells like sewage. If you are told that it no longer smells because the plant made changes, don't believe it. That's how they got me. And, it most definitely still smells.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Trinity Palms
September 21, 2015We have been here for a month now and overall we are pleased with Trinity Palms. The grounds and pool are kept up nicely. Everyone we have met in the complex so far has been very friendly. The non-refundable pet deposit is expensive, especially if you have 2 pets, but the majority of places we looked at have a similar charge. The apartment itself is the perfect size and has plenty of space for storage. The one downside of this complex is the sewage plant next door. Trinity Palms
August 14, 2015Fantastic apartments! Walls are very sound absorbing. I can almost never hear my neighbors. Appliances are updated and maintenance stays on top of any issues. Gym is ok, pool is nice and clean, there is a free coffee bar in the internet cafe and Wi-Fi. There are a few minor issues. The roads going through the complex are straight and people tend to speed even though children play out there all day long. There is only one trash point and it's at the entrance/exit. Champagne taste on a beer budget.
August 20, 2015This is an awesome place to live, centrally located. Its as far south as you can get without leaving Pasco and without having to pay the Pinellas price. Close to Publix, Gyms, Walmart and a shopping center not to mention the great local restaurants. You are definitely getting a bargain here with the nice pool area, great picnic/grill area. Oh and you have a washer/dryer and dishwasher! Also has a great playground for the kids! Office staff is super helpful and maintenance is super fast!Review from Apartments.com
Trinity Palms has been a great experience
July 28, 2015We've lived here for two years and two months. It's been a great community that I'd continue to live in if it weren't for the change in job locations. If you live in the Seven Springs-Rowan road area, you should come for a community visit. The pros greatly outweigh the cons from living here. I had to reach on some of the cons however they are worth noting. Everyone will have their own experience and it just depends on if you're okay with living in proximity to other people. Pros: Amazing ...management staff- prompt responses in response and action. Comfortable apartment design, however a little odd if you have larger furniture. Friendly community. The pond with the ducks and the occasional herons are reasons to walk around the pond. Gym is always in good repair, however one treadmill always works slightly better than the other. Few pests, termites guy responds to complaints. Cons: Parking can get claustrophobic if you live by the pool, however I always manage to find a spot. Depending on your neighbors, you may hear stairs and people walking above you here and there. The oddly timed street construction was a problem for a few months but it seems to be over.
