I've been here for just over a year now with my young child and have felt so comfortable being here. The staff are always kind, responsive and professional, and have always made us feel welcome. Good neighbors. Safe complex. Management and maintenence is very helpful, friendly, and professional. Updated appliances would be nice but for the price its very fair. No bugs. Decent pool. The only complex in Middletown that allows large dogs, which is absolutely wonderful. Close to Smith Park, festivals, food, and playground is nice. Very close to Middletown Preparatory & Fitness Center School which is a good school for 8th & under grades. Car ports available for rent cheap.

Great Pool area! Also, the neighborhood is very safe. We are always hearing about crime throughout the city- Not in our community! Trinity Place is a wonderful property. I have had only great experiences with the office and maintenance staff. Our neighbors are great!

Perfect walking distance to the Downtown Middletown District. Easy to get in and out of. Our floor plan is spacious and all maintenance issues are fixed immediately. It is truly a pleasure to be part of the Trinity Place Community!!

The maintenance team is the best!!! The office staff is friendly and helpful. Love having a pool! They are constantly updating. I have a townhouse and absolutely love it! Great place to live.

where do I even begin about this place. The WORST place I've ever lived. When we first moved in our apartment it was flooded. It was their sewage system and the place was a wreck, it took them 2 days to do anything! So we sat in water for 2 whole days and all they did was put big fans up. Do not plan on putting thing nice outside, flowers etc. because when they have people working outside they destroy and do not clean it up. They also enter into your apartment announced. They give news letters ...
specifying when they will be entering your house and do not stick to the given times. The apartments all always reek of weed. The neighbors are crazy. The ones located to my right told me they were going to slit my throat bc I asked her to please be quiet one late night. They are horrible. I don't know how else to convince you but save your money do not live here!!!

I have lived at this complex for 6 years and I am completely happy. The management/office/maintenance staff all know you by name and if you have animals they know their names as well!! They have resident activities, resident garden space and very close to events in the city, such as MidFest and Broad Street Bash. They are very passionate about their residents and their well being. I had knee surgery and the staff assisted with the walking of my dog and even helped with taking out the Trash! I ...
