Terrible. Avoid!
March 11, 2024Worst building in Cleveland. The building has cockroaches which is rare for Ohio. The insides are generally dirty with stains everywhere. The office staff are rude and will lie about corporate policy if it suits them. Be very careful - they will try to trick you into signing a longer lease than you want and if you question them about this, they will try to talk you out of having the terms fixed.Property Manager Responded

Our team works hard to provide a pleasant living environment for our residents, and should any issues arise, we strive to resolve them as promptly as possible. We offer complimentary pest control services, and our custodial staff works hard to maintain a high standard of cleanliness across the community. Moreover, all leases come with a lease term, which you signed and agreed to. Ending the lease term early can result in lease termination fees, which is standard across the multifamily rental industry. If you'd like to discuss your lingering concerns further, please give us a call.
