Love my apartment and the community! Pricey but worth it

I’ve been living here for going on 4 years now, and I can honestly say I’ve had a really good experience. The property is always clean and well kept, and anytime I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been prompt, professional, and helpful.

definitely makes a difference when you’ve lived somewhere for several years.
I also really enjoy the amenities, especially the gym, which I use pretty frequently. The community does a good job of giving residents things to enjoy throughout the year too, whether it’s food trucks, the annual pool parties in July, or different contests and activities around the holidays. The school district is also a big plus. It’s ranked within the top 20 school districts in Texas.
Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here and appreciate the effort the leasing and maintenance teams put into making it a nice place to call home. Definitely a special thank you to Monique for always being so great to work with!
