I lived at Trolley Square Apartments for about 4 years and enjoyed living there the whole time, it’s a great price for a great location near everything you could possibly need in Trolley Square - having off-street car parking & heat included with rent are the most attractive qualities of this apartment - I never had any issues finding parking and the apartment heat in the winters were cozy! Second to that, the landlord is very pleasant, easy going, and takes great care of any and all maintenance ...

requests - the landlord is regularly onsite at least once a week taking care of the property.

I have been in the 1 bedroom apartment for 3 years. These apartments are comfortable and safe. They are located in a convenient part of Wilmington plenty of restaurants and shopping. The landlord is on top of all issues and resolves them quickly Plus off street parking is a bonus

I loved living here, it was a steal for the area. Rent includes free onsite parking and everything but electric and cable. The landlord is super friendly, responsive and fair, and returned my security deposit (in full!) very quickly. High recommend!

One of the best bargains in Trolley Square has off-street parking. Building management responds quickly to concerns. Close enough to walk to everything Trolley Square has to offer, and convenient to downtown business district.

I lived at Trolley Square Apartments for a year before moving to Philly, but if I wasn't relocating for work I would've stayed much longer. The rent (which includes free parking onsite) can't be beat for a one bedroom in this area. Seconds from the best coffee shop in Wilmington and walking distance to all the great bars/restaurants and a couple of parks. The landlord is super friendly and responsive and keeps the apartments in excellent shape. Highly recommend living here!
