Come live at Tropicana Villas Upperclassmen Apartments close to the UCSB campus and the beach. It’s easy to move in. You don’t have to buy, move or store furniture. Our 2-bedroom/2-bath apartments come fully furnished. Lease by the bed OR rent a whole apartment. Move in with friends or we’ll help you find roommates. Good food + Spacious rooms + Amazing staff
February 16, 2025I’ve truly enjoyed my time at Tropicana Gardens. I lived in a UCSB dorm during my first year, but I was never a fan of the dining hall food. Here, though, the food is actually good! Tropicana Gardens
February 16, 2025I lived at Gardens during my freshman year and had an amazing experience! The property is within walking distance of the UCSB campus, and there's a bus stop right in front of the main lobby. good option in IV

Great First-Year Experience!
November 26, 2024I lived at Tropicana Gardens during my first year, and I absolutely loved it! The front desk staff were always super friendly and helpful. The RAs were also awesome—they helped me meet a ton of new people and made the whole college experience way less intimidating. I also stayed in a triple, and it was surprisingly spacious for a dorm. Loved Staying Here
November 21, 2024From the food, to the close proximity to campus, to the positive attitude from each of the staff, there isn't really much more you could ask for. The cafe was suprisingly very good and there is a pretty nice game room which I made use of pretty often.
