Great Place to Live!
August 2, 2018My spouse and I have been here 13 years and are looking forward to many more! The front-office team goes the extra mile to make us feel like family and to be helpful when needs arise. The maintenance team is prompt, courteous, and competent. Even the landscaping contractors are great! The buildings and grounds are attractive and well-maintained. Apartment is so-so, office staff is horrendous
February 21, 2018While the apartment may be decent, the staff is awful. I was hung up on and threatened to be evicted over a $60 late fee that I hadn't earned, since I payed my rent on time. The staff then acted as though they sent a letter with strict compliance orders in order to cover their mistakes. We've been tenants for years and have yet to get office staff capable of doing their job correctly. Our kitchen sink has leaked since we moved in in 2015. All of the maintenance requests we put in so far ...since signing our most recent least, and promises the staff made upon our lease resigning, have been ignored. Never answered their phone.
September 5, 2013I was very interested in living here but they never answered the phone whenever I would call! I tried calling over a dozen different times in hopes to set up a meeting to meet with them and look at their apartments. I ended up going with a different apartment complex near by but it was disappointing to never hear from them because I would of signed a lease with them.Review from Apartments.com
