It’s a literal high priced roach motel

The place is infested with Roaches , the staff is Rude particularly Nancy and my air has gone out 5 times in the last 6 weeks and according to Nancy it’s just normal wear and tear the trash is overflowing and the elevators stairs and hall are often dirty it just looks nice but it’s not gym equipment doesn’t work and let’s not forge the 6 am fire alarms on repeat with no fire save yourself the trouble
