Gorgeous rental homes
June 4, 2025These rental homes are gorgeous! They also have a really nice clubhouse with a pool and beautiful fitness center. They’re right by a major biking trail too. Great option in NWA since we travel a lot.Property Manager Responded

Helpful staff, horrible quality apartments
April 1, 2025Staff is friendly and easy to work with, but the apartments themselves are cheaply made and horrible quality. We also had to hire a cleaner to deep clean our apartment as there was red dust all throughout our apartment when we moved in and there is red clay all throughout the complex.
