BEWARE
April 2, 2025We signed for a year and would have never signed... The Apartment management is not very good Joy is not very helpful and not very understanding. The maintenance team is okay. We had several issues in and around our apartment. Our place flooded 2 times and was told there's nothing that they can do, when our back area on the ground level sloped into the apt. They also burst a pipe in our apt and did not clean it up very well or at all. The biggest issue for myself was that the lease agreement ...is just a joke. We had out smoker (PELLET) confiscated and that was fine because of an open flame.. which is just wrong. To find out that there was over 5-10 grills that ranked from charcoal to other pellet smokers that where not confiscated. When this was brought to the attention of Joy. She did absolutely nothing. So for 7 months our smoker was gone while others still had theirs. And still have them. I am very frustrated and would not recommend this place.Property Manager Responded
April 4, 2025Samuel, We are sorry that you had a poor experience here. Most of the experiences you describe having here are outside of my control. The flooding issue you brought up, both times this happened we had an unusually high amount of rainfall and not only did your apartment flood but so did the neighboring businesses and parking lots in the surrounding areas. The burst pipe was an accident which we discussed before you moved. The smoker issue we also discussed and we did not find any other open flame grills. We hope you enjoy using your smoker at your new house!

The do not improve but raise your rent.
January 28, 2022I have rented from Turnberry for several years and have been a great tenant. When u renew your lease they will raise the rent considerably and you never get updates. I have carpet tacks coming up and they will not do anything about it. DO NOT RENT from these people!Property Manager Responded

Kathy ROCKS!
March 22, 2018My heart has been with these apartment complexes ever since I lived in the condos 2 years ago. I feel very safe over here, and I have always wanted to come back when the time was right. Well, time was not exactly on my side, because I had to make a very FAST decision on moving, and only within 24 hours...My roommate had to do the same on deciding fast, and this is her first time living on her own, so you can imagine the nerves she had as well. Kathy was very patient with both of us, assuring us ...that no matter what decision we made, she completely understood and supported us. We didn't feel pressured by her at all, even though we did not have much time at all to make a life-changing decision! Kathy mentioned that "timing is everything, and everything happens for a reason", and I live by that motto...she made the decision easy for us. Kathy was amazing and I look forward to living here with a best friend and a beautiful environment, always being comforted by this excellent staff!Property Manager Responded

Very Nice!
January 29, 2018I have lived at Turnberry Place just two months and love it! From the first day I walked into the office, Kathy made me feel like home. I really like the open floor plan and spacious bedrooms. A full size washer / dryer in each unit was important to me and also an equipped fitness center. The apartment itself was very clean, as are the grounds around the complex. The location is perfect for highway access, shopping and close to St Charles Main Street for getting out and having a good time. ...I am looking forward to summer to enjoy the swimming pool. One word.. Unprofessional
October 30, 2017I am not one to normally write reviews on anything but this place definitely warrants one.. Terrible management. The leasing agents were awful and unprofessional.. I signed on my apartment in July. I received a concession to sign early which I thought was great. When I came to sign my lease and go into my apt; the apartment had not been cleaned/touched since the last tenants. There was a musk/smell in the place as well. One would think it was not too much to ask to have an apartment you sign ...on to be move-in ready upon acceptance of keys... It took 3 weeks for them to finally go in and re-touch up the paint from the marrs on the walls. They refused to clean the carpets or kitchen saying it was already completed but anyone walking into the apt could tell that was a bold face lie.. They were just super lazy which fits the bill for how they were towards everything else. The leasing agents were also very unprofessional, after coming into the office to ask an innocuous question about something random.. the one leasing agent went to the manager's office and loudly said "So and so YOUR BOY is here... This was after my 3 weeks of e-mails trying to get them to make the apartment I signed for move-in ready.. I didn't think it was too much to ask to have an apartment you sign for move-in ready. Anyways, I would not recommend anyone to live here...Property Manager Responded

ONEAnd ONLY Place To Live!
October 6, 2017We have lived here for a few years now And couldn't be happier! Turnberry offers us so many things that other complex's don't...Beautiful Pool...Huge Fitness Center and Tanning ... for FREE :) The staff in the front office is TOP OF THE LINE ... And Maintnence is outstanding!!! When we have visitors...they always say how pretty the grounds are how this place is not like any others around here! We plan to stay!!!Property Manager Responded
