Really caring property manager
August 18, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI came to this apartment looking for a furnished room while I did my law degree. What i did not know at time is that they, like many others, did not offer a furnished apartment. Yet, the property manager said that within a couple of weeks they would be able to provide me a room furnished down to even the coffee pot! I was completely shocked. I've stayed in apartments before but I've never been welcomed so warmly like this one. It was a nice surprise after coming from out of state. The apartment ...is beautifully decorated. Christy and Emily were so nice and really made me feel welcome, they answered all my questions right away and checked on me the week after I moved in. I love the park area across the street where I walk my dog. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. There is a nice courtyard with a grill and nice outdoor seating where I hang out with my dog and my neighbor. LOVE IT HERE!Property Manager Responded

June 4, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comWould not recommend living here if you have another option due to management. They are unresponsive and unwilling to any issues that come up. There is no one at the building so you need to call for assistance. Most of the time the person will take a message, but no one will get back to you. I have also had the water shut off without notice.

Maintenance is always quick to respond to requests and considerate of your personal schedule. The location and the price can't be beat and to top it off they are SUPER dog friendly. If you are a young proffessional or independent college student this is the perfect place in Omaha!

My apartment is super cute, and the french doors leading to the bedroom add just the right touch. The outside grilling area has a nice deck, and is a great place to entertain. The laundry room is spacious and includes a lounge with two tv's downstairs. The fitness room is under construction, but so far it looks like it's going to be perfect. As far as the staff goes, the property ...manager does a wonderful job.I have had a couple maintenance issues, not a lot, and they have been handled very quickly!
