This is my second year in Turtle Creek Apartments, this apartment is located in a prime location, great value for money. Newly built apartment and spacious. All the appliances are brand new and management is always super responsive to the issues reported ( honestly I didn't face any issues as of now), friendly, and safe community. George Guffey is elementary is a 2-minute walk from the community. The pool is a great place to hang out with your friends and family. Overall I will give a 5 start ...

Turtle Creek has modern and beautiful apartments! The leasing team was very accommodating with our move in from out of state and was helpful in answering all the questions we had in a timely manner. We've had a few minor maintenance needs since our move in and they are always handled in a timely and professional manner. The apartment is modern and roomy! Nice vaulted ceilings that help made the apartment feel even larger than they are.

We have lived at Turtle Creek since July 2019 and absolutely love it! The apartments are very modern and have tons of space. The main office and maintenance are also wonderful to work with. We work in downtown St. Louis and wanted a nice apartment without having to pay downtown prices. Being only 25-30 minutes from downtown and living at Turtle Creek gave us the best value for our money! We highly recommend Turtle Creek!
