Townhome My family and I love the townhouse more space central air and the washer and dryer hookup! The office staff and maintenance are doing a good job helping us transition, overall very happy with the move so far, but still need so minor work done which I know they are working on, but otherwise so far so good! Thank u!

Light replacement My overhead light had gone out and needed to be replaced. There was no replacement available, a new LED light needed to be ordered. The light arrived sooner than expected and was a short time installed most expertly.

Microwave Repair Called the office at closing one evening for trouble with microwave. Maintenance was here before 10am next morning. I even learned so new tips for operating it!! You guys are the best!!
