i’ve been staying here for 3 years , I love the apartment, it’s very spacious and comfortable. Great environment, not noisy and the neighbors are very generous and respectful. Not to mention that the people inside the leasing office is respectful and the maintenance are awesome they always come when I have a minor problems

This is my first apartment and my daughter have living here for a year and some months. The neighborhood is very quiet and makes you feel safe. Office staff is very nice from the time I made an appointment for a tour and makes sure everything is taken care of, maintenance gets things done in a timely manner usually the same day I put the request in. It's not a bad place to stay at at all, especially for a first apartment. Free heat and gas.

Awesome place to stay

I have been staying in these apartments for 3 years now. Rent is very affordable, office staff is very nice & friendly. The area is very relaxing. I feel very safe & secure to live alone. My repairs are always taken care of on time. Complex is propertly maintained. I absolutely love staying here & would recommend anyone. Free Heat & Gas!!!

I have lived here for 10 yrs. and Tuscan Shores continues to be an excellent place to live. A relaxed and comfortable, yet very professionally managed property. The management and maintenance staff has always treated me with the utmost respect, any issues or concerns have been immediately attended to, to my complete satisfaction. Close to shopping and eateries (within walking distance) is always a plus. If I could I would give Tuscan Shores apts. 6 stars!!!!!
