Almost 10 years…..would recommend
May 1, 2025I would recommend living at Tuscany Apartments. I moved to Texas almost 10 years ago, and up until recently, I lived there. I’m giving it a 5-star rating based on my overall experience over the years. Was it a luxurious, issue-free apartment? No—but what stood out to me was that when issues did arise, the staff made an effort to resolve them. Throughout my time there, we had several different management companies, and I never had a problem with any of them. The main ongoing frustration was the ...entry gate system. The call-in service often didn’t work, especially last year, which made it difficult to get in late at night without a badge. I also wasn’t a fan of them removing the phone app option for gate access, relying instead on a key card or a not-so-reliable call box. That said, I appreciated that safety and access were always top priorities. As for the apartment itself, I never had any major pest problems—no rodents and only a bug or two here and there, which I promptly handled myself. The location is one of the best things about this place. Right off I-30, you’re only about 15 minutes from either downtown Dallas or Fort Worth, and just 5 minutes from AT&T Stadium. While the area just around the corner might not be ideal to some, it was never a concern for me since I didn’t have to drive through it. Another thing I valued was how the office consistently tried to improve the community. The maintenance team was out daily cleaning up the grounds, even when residents left trash just feet from a dumpster. They also hosted regular events for residents—I didn’t attend, but the effort was appreciated. Communication was strong; it was rare that I called and didn’t get someone on the line, and emails were responded to in a timely manner. When I first moved in 9 years ago, I was paying $795 for a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment—which was a great deal. Prices increased over the years, and at one point I downsized to a 1-bedroom, but I still felt the rent remained fair for the area and amenities. BED BUGS
February 20, 2024I've had bed bugs twice now since moving here. The office and pest control lied to me about when theyd come spray. I took the day off work and tore my place apart for them to just not show up! Avoid this place!Property Manager Responded

MADE MY MOVE SMOOTH
March 3, 2023The staff at Tuscany was soo essential in helping me to have a smooth relocation from Louisiana. Asia was so helpful, courteous and kind and was an excellent resource in my transition. Whenever I have an issue, the staff in the office is always quick to respond and helpful. Deceiving, But I Assure You Will Wish You Hadn't
September 2, 2018I could write a book about how horrible these apartments are. Between the two different managements in 8 months, the constant off and on battling of roaches (yes, cockroaches, not waterbugs), 4 separate flooding incidences I can say we've pretty much seen it all. We haven't been able to properly clean clothes since the end of June and it's September and they have STILL yet to fix our issues. I've called every staff member at the office, sat in there with two different people, one being the ...manager, and still had to call every day this week regarding it. Still not fixed. I know there may be some praising reviews and trust me, I was like you, looking at these, they appear nice, inexpensive and all, but they are probably the least organized, most apathetic, apartment complex I've ever lived at. Oh yeah, the corporate number they give you is a big joke too. Need to call THEIR manager to get them to do their jobs? You get a voicemail to which you will never receive a call back from. DO NOT RENT HERE
August 30, 2018These are by far the most deceptively bad apartments I've ever lived at. I would give zero stars if at all possible. At first, they seem decent: good location, pretty buildings, well maintained, but once you get in, the cracks in the facade begin to show. We have had cockroach problems since moving in that are ignored, our utility closet's pipes are messed up and flood the apartment when we try to wash clothes, we've had four separate flooding issues none of which have been properly fixed as we ...still have sheet rock exposed in the ceiling after 3 months which is honestly a huge health concern of mine because unsealed and wet sheet rock is usually where black mold spreads, the maintenance staff used OUR towels to clean up the mess they made in our bathroom after trying to fix one of the flooding issues caused by pipes from the apartment above breaking and causing a torrential downpour of water in our bathroom, trash is a huge mess and you're lucky if you can fit yours into the dumpster, broken bottles litter the parking lot, and the maintenance and office staff is a joke. They pretend to care about your issues and then nothing ever actually gets done. We have been waiting over 4 months just to be able to wash our clothes normally, but the apartments will not take any sort of responsibility to fix it. Please, as someone who has actually recommended this place in the past, don't move here. Just don't. It has been a nightmare and all we're looking forward to at this point is to move out. Don't Waste Your Time or Money
September 8, 2015I just moved from these apartments after living there for two years. When we first moved in, the apartments weren't bad. They actually weren't bad for the first year which is why we chose to stay for another year. The quality of life here as well as the crime and loud, nasty, obnoxious people has steadily increased especially since the new company came in. They are infested and poorly maintained and full of drug dealers and ignorant people. If you like listening to loud rap music at all hours of ...the day and night and having to fear for your life as people have shoot outs in the parking lot, then this is the place for you.
