July 28, 2025Been here for over 10 years, only complaint is the parking. Management and maintenance are nice and willing to help when needed. It's clean and quiet, and I love the pool, it's never crowded and I usually have it all to myself.Review from Apartments.com

January 19, 2023The apartments at Tuscany Bay are unlike some you have ever seen! The apartments are perfect for a single individual such as myself or even a larger family that needs extra space to keep everything organized and clutter free. The community never feels threatening and with the convenience of being located right behind the local Walmart, it is extremely easy to obtain anything you need at your convenience. You will have to supply your own lights, in the forms of lamps for the bedrooms but that ...allows you to customize how you decorate the room without having some predetermined structure that you may find looks terrible. Overall, Tuscany Bay is a wonderful place to live and has been an amazing place for me to make my home!Property Manager Responded

Huge Monthly Fee & Lazy Management
July 23, 2020We've lived here several years and this year has been the worst. The property manager is non-existent and work orders do not get entered into the system. The manager says she doesn't have records and I will forward emails sent months earlier. She lets trash sit around the complex and doesn't schedule grass to be cut. They have a huge problem with bugs, snakes and other rodents. Choose another option. Don't waste your money!!!Review from Apartments.com
