Don’t move here
September 17, 2024I live here currently and it’s been the biggest pain. I moved in with no AC in July I couldn’t even stay there for at least a week and half it took phone call after phone call to finally get a update. I also have had cockroaches in my apartment I know I didn't bring them with me. I have been complaining about the since I moved in July 14th. Pest control has been out twice in the last two months I just keep getting pushed off. DO NOT MOVE HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY.Property Manager Responded
September 30, 2024We are sorry to learn you feel so poorly about your experience with our community. When you moved into your home and use your AC for the first time you discovered it was not working. This is never the experience we want for any of our residents, so as soon as you let us know about the problem , we gave you a portable AC to use until we were able to fully fix your AC. We conducted a move in inspection prior to you moving in and there were not sign of pests in the home. Our community has a pest control vendor onsite every other week to help us maintain the community standards, so if a resident reports this concerns, we are happy to schedule a treatment for their home. Our pest control company attended to your home 4 times, and each time the professional vendor stated they did not find any active pest concerns in your home. If you are having any ongoing concerns, please give our office a call, so we can we discuss your concerns fully. Thank you!

I Recommend Tuscany Cove
January 24, 2021Yes, I recommend Tuscany Cove Apartments. I appreciate the location - near the interstate, restaurants, shopping. The staff & maintenance teams are great. Whenever I submit an occasional repair request, maintenance has it completed within hours. My 4-star rating is due to the windows [they leak]; however, I understand they are being replaced this coming spring.Review from Apartments.com
