It’s all lies.
March 12, 2026Their ratings went from one star to over three, in a year. The manager has been writing reviews. That’s just the kind of people they are. Find another complex. This place is pure trash. Roaches and rats and lies galore. Everything they fix, they break something else and never come back. They pretend they have no idea what you’re talking about. May 30, 2025Ac leaking ,maintenance very poor they don’t. care . Management don’t care .Pool always dirty mailbox room dirty homeless sleeping in the laundry room fitness center not Available. if they have water leaks even if it is not your fault ur bill will go up and bad think u can save on water bill cause u pay for your neighbors too . ac patch up just put rocks unter the ac to hold thinks up .2 month for a mailbox key and when i moved in my fridge was full of animals and everything was dirty and broke. .... the don’t show u the actual apartment bevor u move inProperty Manager Responded

new resident experience as of 9/26/24
September 26, 2024There is new management in place here and they have been making lots of changes. They were extremely friendly and helpful with getting me moved in. I was impressed with how they are trying to improve on some of the old issues. There is now a pool that is useable and is very active. The new staff addressed all my apartment concerns. There seems to be a nice family environment here, and the kids love the pool. The dog owners are a bit irresponsible with the dog cleanup, but that is not unusual. ...They still have a second pool and a workout room to address, but as a senior the workout room is not a priority for me as there is an awesome workout facility at the nearby senior center. So far I am very happy here. Can't say enough good things about the staff here, they are all working hard to make this place special.Property Manager Responded

don’t move here
September 5, 2023There are roaches in every room. I can’t even cook anything without a little roach or a big roach popping out. They will tell you that pest control comes every Friday but they don’t and tell you to clean but roaches still come. The dog park has poop everywhere and the gates are broken with chairs that are all broken so you can’t even sit down. We don’t have washer dryer connections so we check to see if the laundry facility is working and they are all broken and have a big gashing hole where the ...dryers are. The complex smells like weed and people yelling at night. The pool is always dirty and green. Paying too much to have a bad experience here. Can’t wait to move out.Property Manager Responded

July 28, 2021These are TRASH! There's roaches everywhere. Pest control doesn't even come to your apartment but tells the front office they did and you have to put on a list again just for them to forget you again. This is my 4th being forgotten and they do nothing about it. My kitchen is failing apart. My sliding door doesn't open or close. My toilet doesn't flush right. I put in the work order and yet they still haven't come and fixed it but they send a text that it will be fixed in a few days. It's weeks ...after that day and it's still not fixed. DO NOT RENT HERE!
September 11, 2020I rented this apartment on false pretenses. The apartment they show you looks nice & all set up. The apartment I received was far from what they claim you will get. I moved into an unbelievable & dirty apartment. It was infested with cockroaches to the point where they were even in the stove. Spiders & ants all in the apartment. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The carpets smelled like animal urine. The odor was so strong we couldn't even sleep in our bedroom. My 6 year old son ...was terrified of living here because not only that but the complex itself was unsafe people were always drinking outside, throwing beer bottles, there was broken windows. Useless Staff & Wrecked Apartments
August 6, 2019Moved in June 2019 ( last month) my apartment smells like cigarettes, AC is leaking, fire alarms are not working, do not move here the staff just listens to your complaint and then go on to blame maintenance or another leasing agent. Unreasonable, Discusting, and Extreme Noise
April 4, 2018This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever had to associate with. They will lose your rent let any drug dealer/ drunk move next to you. They let people get away with too many occupants in their apartment all the time. Parking is horrendous plus people constantly drive in the wrong way even if your trying to come out. Roaches and rats terrorize people due to the several hidden holes they have created in the walls and under the cabnets. They don’t even clean behind the appliances ...before they have someone move in I found a full rotted sausage under the stove and about a dozen roaches under the fridge. The renovations are appaling you can even see paint that had dropped onto the lights fixtures and counters. They will claim that your apartment is being renovated before you move in promiseing hardwood floors and beautiful countertops instead you get a half days job with a half replaced carpet. Paying for a bland, and cr@ppy place
June 21, 2017I have lived here for 16 months now. When I first moved in, my apartment was not thoroughly cleaned, and it was obvious. They did not explain how I was to be billed for water, trash, etc. because they told me that "those amenities are included in rent." The shower DOES NOT maintain a warm temperature. Even if I were to leave the knobs alone, the temp. fluctuates from icy cold water, to boiling water in three seconds, then back to cold again. Even after complaining, the maintenance people said it ...was the "worst temp. fluctuation they had seen in the complex." But even after this realization, I was told, "there's nothing we can do until you move out." On top of this, my toilet wastes $10 worth of water per month, because it continuously flows. I've reported this, and it's been fixed seven times, but the issue still arises. Bugs. Also a big issue. So disgusting. Many tenants are noisy, careless, and rude. Some of my neighbors were arrested at 2:00 a.m. because they began to have a fist fight with one another. The cops didn't show for ten minutes, which makes it even more scary. Also, the gate entrance never works. What's the point of paying $20 for a gate card and the gate is either wide open, of half open with a broken card reader?
