Terrible management.
December 19, 2023Maintenance is AWESOME! Management is terrible. Property is dark, trees overgrown. Appears to be trip hazards throughout the property. Instead of repairs, they are just painting them yellow. Bridges are caving from wood rot and they are just staining them. Retaining walls around the pool area and lake are literally leaning. Make sure you ask about your utility billing usage and the $600 power bills you will get each month because the ac's are original to the property and owners are not willing to ...replace. What an amazing place!!!
October 15, 2021I had a tour of the apartment and premises with Paul as I needed too rent a 2 bedroom apartment before I sell my house and buy a new one. It was such a great experience. From the moment I called the leasing office and spoke to Paul, making the appointment and the showing of the apartment was a breeze. Paul is very patient, polite, honest and very compassionate. I loved how clean and modern is, the options that you have, being pet friendly (I have a dog) and the amenities. Wow!!! This is a dream ...place to live. I wished I could have been able to solve the problem with my insufficient income per month. or being able to pay upfront 1 year rent. I highly recommend this place.Property Manager Responded

Vastly overrated
September 19, 2020Pest control is a problem. The pest control company they contract with never sprays, consequently there are roaches, spiders, etc. and everyone’s apartment, as well as all around the buildings, in the breezeways, etc. management seems to be indifferent to this, and doesn’t hold the pest control company’s feet to the fire and actually make them do their job.Also, you will enjoy listening to every footstep your neighbor takes above you, because the floors are so old and squeaky, you will hear ...everything they do and everything they say. Apparently, they either aren’t using any carpet padding at all, or is the cheapest thinnest that you can buy. Or worse, they’re not using carpet at all, and replacing carpet with cheap ridiculous vinyl flooring, which is useless.They love to brag about the fact that they’ve upgraded the gym, pool, and clubhouse, but they never actually spend any money on the buildings where people actually live. Never mind the fact, that is apparently OK to feed stray cats, consequently, there are stray cats everywhere. They will sleep under your car, or on top of your car, and get paw prints and or scratch the paint of your car.Management has never done anything about this, and has never punished those who insist on feeding these feral cats, which are everywhere.There is not enough adequate parking, so get used to walking a lot. everywhere. There is not enough lighting in the parking areas, so get used to using a flashlight.This is also a security problem, as many people have had their cars vandalized and or broken into.Again these are things management should have already addressed, but don’t bother to.Property Manager Responded

February 24, 2016My recommendation. If you do not have an excellent credit at least 800. No it has approached this place. The staff will convince you that you must fill out the documents and must leave the deposit of $ 275. Within 24 hours we will call saying that your credit is in trouble and you will lose $ 175. another $ 100 they will tell you that the mailed and you have to wait 30 days for that. Incredible. If you request a copy of the credit report will tell you that they can not do that. It is the first in ...Florida in my 10 years I have lived here I happens.
