terrible place and management
June 8, 2023Management company will charge you for damages caused by their own lack of upkeep of the property. the final walk through is done only once you hand over the keys and they add charges to your account and avoid your phone calls and emails once you try to review the charges with them. February 7, 2023I've lived at Tuscany Pointe at Somerset Place for nearly a year and have to say I am overly excited about the addition of the new amenities. I was out using the putting green by the pool the other day and it was so much fun. Don't bother with this place
March 13, 2022I have been living here for about 2 years now. The amount of problems I have experienced in this apartment is outrageous. From my dishwasher over flooding and flooding my kitchen, to my dryer duct shredding and blowing lint everywhere, to my washer leaking so much on to my laundry room floor that created mold and damage to the floor, to my water heater flooding my entire living room and bathroom linen closet, to now mold growing in my air vents. This place is a nightmare to live in. When I put in ...a maintenance request, even concerning something as serious as mold, they don't show up for at least a week or more. They want to say there are so many amenities here, yet our pool has caution tape around it at least every other week, not to mention the lack of parking in this place for the amount of people that live here, and the fact that we pay to live in a gated community, yet the gate hasn't worked here since the day I moved in, almost 2 years ago.Property Manager Responded

Horrible
August 16, 2021If you want working appliances and air conditioning, don't rent here. Washer was broken for over a month with no communication from the leasing agent. Air conditioning didn't work causing power bill to be ridiculous. Leasing agent very slow to return calls, emails, even urgent ones. Hot water did not work. Bath tubs are painted, paint chipped off. You need to really pay attention to your bill, many mistakes. Poor quality windows, stove countertops, bathroom. I cannot say enough bad ...things.Property Manager Responded

Tuscany Pointe (Not Many Complaints )
August 16, 2015My girlfriend & I have lived here for 2 years. It's a very nice community, and the price is definitely right. The only thing that I really would have to say that I don't like is the lack of parking (sometimes I have to park very far away from our apartment)and the maintenance people sometimes neglect work orders completely.
