February 19, 2024This place is absolutely disgusting. It is roach infested and trash is everywhere. Don‘t let the online pictures fool you . Management completely incompetent and maintenance hardly does anything. They only care about keeping the leasing office clean in the pool area. The rest of the property is dirty. There are dead animals in trash everywhere. The mailboxes are completely destroyed half of them don’t even have a door on them so anybody could walk up and take your mail. When we moved in, that’s ...when we saw that our apartment was roach infested, and that most of the stuff in there was broken and we had to call maintenance several times to even get things fixed.Property Manager Responded

Don’t do it.
September 6, 2023I don’t know how this apartment has a 4 star rating on here. This is the definition of false advertising. I just moved in and this pace is infested with roaches. I asked for a renovated unit and this is absolutely not worth the price. Inside and outside of the complex is disgusting. I wasn’t allowed to see my own apartment before move in day and I can see why.Property Manager Responded

July 2, 2021I don’t recommend this place, and I haven’t even applied. The information on this page is incorrect - specifically the dog weight restrictions. When I pointed this out, the response wasn’t, “I’m sorry we should get that fixed.” It was, “go look at our website; it’s correct there.” Poor professionalism.Property Manager Responded

Don’t Do It
February 21, 2021I’ve never wrote a review, But I feel like this needs to be addressed . This place is filled with all types of bugs: water bugs, roaches, and silverfish. Trashed is always everywhere by the dumpster. We wrote servers complaints about our neighbors being loud, and NOTHING is being done about it. This place is a joke and you’re better off saving your money elsewhere. Maintenance takes months to handle a problem, and they don’t even fix the issue! My child isn’t able to sleep because there’s at ...least 30 people living in one apartment, just constantly being loud. December 11, 2020PLEASE DO NOT RENT OUT HERE! The apartments are full of termites. Repeated requests to clear the problem goes on deaf ears as there management and maintenance crew dint bothered to resolve the issue and kept on blaming each other. Eventually when you leave the apartment out of frustration, they will not clear the deposit stating the apartment was not kept in good order. August 16, 2017DON'T MOVE THERE! Extremely POOR MANAGEMENT even corporate!! I have been living there for three months in terrible conditions and they refuse to fix all the problems. I even talked to corporate and they said that it's all my fault. The office lady SUSANA IS AGGRESSIVE!! You can tell they have poor training skills, if any training. Now I am stuck with a lease in a place infested with COCKROACHES, SMELLY and afraid that they will do something to me. Also I have lost some of my personal belongings ...mysteriously. They have made me cry several time. Last time, they kicked me out of the office in a VIOLENT way for requesting pest control. Apartment are blah
May 11, 2017Just moved out this place and it was ok. First day living here as they say in all other reviews, there were lots of roaches even if you tried to keep it clean, they do have pest control once a month I believe but man that doesn't help at all. We always had a/c problems, and the temperature in the apt in their afternoon even with ac would reach 90 degrees. Parking really sucks here. People have to park in the curbs all the time or in handicap spot because you can not find a parking spot. The gate ...does not work and has never worked since the time we moved in May 2016. I remember reading a review that said the same, so I'm guessing the gate has been out for a very long time. They will lie and tel you that they are working on the gate. Also there is no security at the complex and they will also lie to you when your signing that lease that they are looking for someone. Rent is due on the 4 of every month. 100 dollars extra if you pay after that. Wait after the 10 and it will go to collections or some lawyer. We did go through a financial struggle one month and they did not work with us even after paying rent on time all other 10 months before. There is bunch of ducks in the property and poop all on the pool. I dont think that's safe for humans. My car was hit in the parking as well, no one saw anything supposedly. Clubhouse is at all, it's only open for parties and etc. little crappy gym closes at about 10pm. Pool closes close to 9pm. Maintience people are nice and never had issue with them. The tall dark skin guy who works in office is super nice!!! Great guy. Lady who is manager sucks!!!!!!!! I will add more to this comment because now they owe me money from deposit. Horrible
November 2, 2016you should only move here if you LOVE termites, and if you HATE your front axle alignment in your car because the speed bumps are more than obnoxious. Very dirty outside, dog goes crazy everyday eating all the trash and garbage in the grass areas. Highly recommend you go down to the pawn shop and pick up a gun for home defense also. Overall a horrible place to live and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Ever. I would give it 0 stars if i could.Review from Apartments.com
Worst apartment ever!!!
June 14, 2016I have never written a review in my life but I feel like I have to. I've been living here for 10 months now and aside from the fact this whole place has one dumpster and I have to walk from building 15 to building 7 every time I take out the trash, the dishwasher hasn't worked properly once and no matter how many times I complain management doesn't care to fix it. I get my apt sprayed on a regular basis and last time the guy was here he told me I have termites. Once again I complain to management ...and they said they will come spray on Monday.
